Job Summary/Description:
WITN, East Carolina’s #1 television station, is looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Copy/Sales Support Coordinator. This individual accurately applies advertising copy to television and digital advertising schedules. A strong attention to detail is required. This individual is responsible for digital input of client copy instructions, coordinating copy and ads per orders, facilitating missing copy, and helping to research and resolve log and invoice discrepancies.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain accuracy of the commercial, promo, and PSA database in WideOrbit Traffic. This includes filing, and purging of information in a timely fashion
- Confirm traffic instructions to various advertisers and agencies as needed
- Accurately input advertiser commercial instructions into the WideOrbit database
- Fill and proof traffic logs for finalization by the hub
- Reconciliation of completed logs for billing purposes
- Retrieve, review, and upload commercials, promo,s and PSA’s for air
- Provide a dub list of needed materials for Master Control each day
- Provide admin support as needed to the GM, Sales Managers, ME's, and Promotions Director on a variety of tasks
- Provide support to the front desk as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Microsoft software experience using Excel, PowerPoint & Word required
- Computer data entry experience required
- Strong organizational and phone skills and ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in fast fast-paced dynamic environment with attention to detail
