Job Summary/Description:
As PowerNation Studios’ Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing marketing efforts for our portfolio of brands: PowerNation and Circle Country. This role requires a blend of creative vision, anticipating trends, strategic thinking, and data-driven execution to maximize audience reach, build brand loyalty, increase viewing, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building and managing successful brands, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all platforms (digital, social, traditional) to support the growth of multiple brands.
- Define and manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for each brand within the company's portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase engagement on our social accounts, websites, and email touchpoints.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including production, sales, and events, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and create innovative marketing opportunities.
- Work with outside vendors and consultants to identify and acquire content for Circle Country
- Oversee the programming schedule for Circle Country
- Establish and maintain key relationships between platforms and partners.
- College degree
- Minimum 5 years work in the marketing field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for multiple brands.
- Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deliverable deadlines
