Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Offer assistance to Sales Management and Sales Staff.
- Manage order entry and maintenance tasks such as avails, proposals, pre/post logs.
- Develop PowerPoint sales presentations for clients and station initiatives.
- Monitor daily changes in inventory and programs.
- Generate detailed reports for management, sales staff, and clients.
- Create, prepare, and maintain sales collateral and packages for sales staff and other projects assigned by management.
- Help traffic with order entry and copy.
- Collaborate with other departments on projects as required.
- Assist with research, traffic, and programming functions within the sales department.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required. A college or technical degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and phone skills.
- Applicant must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- The job requires working well under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with attention to detail.
