We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Program Control Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in budgeting, financial tracking, and program control within a government contracting environment. What You'll Do:
✔ Program Budgeting & Financial Management – Develop and implement program control solutions to support clients and internal operations.
✔ Financial Tracking & Reporting – Manage program budgets, assignments, modifications, and runouts to ensure financial accuracy.
✔ Client & Program Support – Work directly with clients to assess program needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
✔ Billing & Invoice Reconciliation – Oversee financial transactions, including tracking and resolving discrepancies in invoices and billing processes.
✔ Variance Analysis – Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
✔ Operational Integration – Establish scalable processes and tools that enhance financial transparency and program oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or cost estimating within government contracting.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, contracting principles, and business operations.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Experience working with accounts receivable, revenue & profit forecasting, and financial reconciliations.
