WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Club Services Team, you will:
- Prepare and stages carts for daily play, ensuring they are fully stocked and maintained before and after each use.
- Greet members and guests with loading golf clubs on their cart, and provide valet services where applicable.
- Clean golf clubs of members and guest after each round.
- Assist with the maintenance of the driving range by picking up range balls and cleaning them.
- Handle member and guest luggage, including arrival and departure assistance.
- Assists other areas of the club as needed.
- Maintains club personal appearance standards. Wears assigned uniforms.
- Adheres to all Dormie Network’s policies and procedures.
- Works with all other employees to become an efficient working team.
- If applicable to club location, may be required to operate club-owned vehicle for transportation of members and/or guests.
- If applicable to club location, may be required to provide valet services to park member/guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
We are looking for someone to join our team who:
- Is able to operate golf carts in a safe manner.
- Can communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Hold the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Can work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Is well mannered, displays a smile at all times, greets guests, members, and fellow employees when encountered, shows appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrates a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
- Has a knowledge of golf. (Preferred)
- Has previous experience in customer service position. (Preferred)
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
- Must be able to visually inspect merchandise items and member clubs for cleanliness.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to communicate with others.
- Must be able to drive motor vehicle, if licensed.
- Must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
