Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our founder & CVO with both business and personal needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for style. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks that require strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively & independently. Work will take place at our Chattanooga store, at the Founder/CVO's home office, at the assistant's home, or running errands in Chattanooga. This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder/CVO, including managing email, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for outside business contacts, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination, venue selection, and vendor management.
- Prepare and update company documents as needed.
- Maintain organized office systems, including filing documents electronically and physically for easy access.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist with local errands such as making returns or picking up supplies.
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in transcribing notes quickly and accurately.
- Experience in event planning with an eye for detail to ensure successful execution of events.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), Canva, and other relevant software applications.
- Previous experience providing executive administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
