We are seeking an individual to maintain the curb appeal of our property as well as the cleanliness of our public and common areas. This position is responsible for ensuring all grounds, including sidewalks, roofs, pathways, building exteriors and stairways, flower beds and shrubbery are kept free of trash , debris and weeds.
This position works outdoors 80-90% of the time on variable terrain and weather conditions.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to work independently; clearly communicate with management and residents; read, comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions.
