Pool & Spa Technician

Our team is looking to welcome another skilled service & repair technician to a customizable service route, as well as interest in completing warranty and non-warranty repairs and after-hours calls.

• Your primary job will be to conduct both simple and complex repairs at clients properties. These jobs may be conveniently scheduled, but may also be necessary in the evening hours and weekends. Pay for "off-hours" work is greater.
• As part of your service route, you will be responsible to implement the balance, safety and cleanliness of the pools and spas at our clients properties with expert pool chemistry training and equipment experience.

Requirements:

• We specialize in vacation rentals, so we are looking for someone who is joyful and personable.
• Experience repairing and rebuilding pumps, heaters and automation equipment. We would prefer experience with all major brands; Pentair, Hayward and Jandy. However we can train on brands you may be less familiar with.
• Intimate experience with pool chemistry is extremely valuable. However, we will train the right person.
• Availability after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Good with basic math and numbers.
• Teachable and reliable.
• Good physical stamina.
• You must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• A vehicle is required, and a truck is recommended; you will be hauling your chemicals and equipment to clients locations.

Compensation:

• Participation in profit from your route/jobs (revenue sharing). Clients are provided.
• Compensation averages $30-$50 per hour depending on your skill and efficiency.
• Generous vehicle benefit for large routes.
• You can expect to spend 10-25 hours per week with this current position. We also can provide you with the opportunity to expand (x2, x3, x4) in size and subsequent income.
