About the Role:
The Marketing / Proposal Administrator will be responsible for supporting our proposal efforts, analyzing RFQ requirements, and collaborating with project teams to produce industry award submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support proposal development and related collateral creation.
- Analyze RFQ requirements and identify necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate and consistent RFQ documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful award submissions.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant discipline required.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination and marketing support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
