This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Grayden Outdoor in Brainerd, MN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing office correspondence, schedule meetings and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Bookkeeping - Assist with basic accounting tasks.
- Customer Interaction - Answer and direct phone calls, provide excellent customer service
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with team members to support project needs and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
