The Reliability Specialist works a 4 / 10 workweek and Graymont offers competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities for the role :
- Lead initiatives to ensure safety, environmental, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the development and review of the plant's Asset Reliability Criteria.
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) evaluations.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Program and coordinate with planners.
- Implement Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination programs.
- Manage asset condition monitoring systems and tools.
