GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 16 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening in our Miami office for a full-time legal assistant with 6 years of experience in litigation.
This position provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigators. Assists attorneys in preparing, principally federal, litigation cases from onset through post-trial; document production and management, obtaining and organizing case files daily; preparing, organizing, and maintaining deposition materials and summaries; assisting with trial and mediation preparations; provides support with document production, including creation and editing of correspondence and documents.
Candidate must have keen attention to detail, including effective proof reading and drafting skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary; fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

- Expertise in federal court procedures, including e-filing and docketing;
- Experience with Document management system FileSite/iManage.
