Laborer/Operator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the operation of our facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment as required for production processes.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Not be afraid of getting dirty

Experience

• Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Nights as needed
• Year round work
