Grays Harbor Public Utility District is seeking a full-time Transmission & Distribution Engineer Level II or III to perform electrical engineering for the District's transmission and distribution systems. Duties and tasks include design, cost estimating, drawing preparation, calculations, material and bid specifications, planning and analysis in support of the construction, operation, and maintenance of transmission, overhead primary and underground primary distribution lines and related equipment.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience, plus at least four years of relevant experience is required. T&D power utility experience is preferred, and candidates with other relevant experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply. This position is a bargaining unit position represented by IBEW Local 77.
