House Cleaning Crew Member (PT)

Job Title: Job Overview: Grays Home Care is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaning Crew Members to assist our clients in maintaining a clean and comfortable home. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to perform various household cleaning tasks. Responsibilities: Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors Wiping down surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and mirrors Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors Emptying trash and replacing liners Tidying up and organizing common living spaces Changing bed linens and making beds as needed Following client-specific cleaning preferences and instructions Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and maintained Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management Qualifications: Previous experience in house cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping preferred Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and efficiency Reliable transportation to and from client homes Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients Benefits: Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within Grays Home Care Supportive work environment
