Position Summary :
Grayscale is seeking an Analyst, Private Fund Sales, to support our growing sales and distribution effort, with a focus and passion for supporting our clients. The successful candidate will need to be an effective communicator, organized, collaborative, and methodical and process oriented. Professionalism and integrity are paramount as the candidate will be consistently liaising with prospective investors and existing clients.
Responsibilities :
- Field inbound calls / emails from prospective investors regarding our suite of investment products.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm's private products and investment capabilities and stay current on developments in the digital currency ecosystem.
- Provide on-going support to clients and prospects, answering a wide variety of questions in a timely and accurate manner, with the goal of ensuring overall client satisfaction and new investments.
Assist with ad-hoc requests from investors and prospects.
