Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base Pay Range $375,000.00 / yr - $460,000.00 / yrJob Responsibilities Financial Investment Traders at Grayscale are responsible for : Digital Asset Trade Execution : Execute buy and sell transactions related to digital assets (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and ensure efficient and compliant trading processes.Market Analysis : Continuously monitor market dynamics, analyze fluctuations and trends in the cryptocurrency market, and identify trading opportunities and risks.Portfolio Management Support : Provide portfolio managers with market and trading strategy support to ensure effective asset allocation and trade execution.Trading Strategy Optimization : Adjust trading strategies according to market changes to ensure that the performance of investment products is in line with client and firm expectations.Risk Management : Monitor and assess risks in trading activities and implement appropriate risk management measures to ensure the safety of the company's assets.Technical Collaboration : Work closely with the technical team to develop and optimize trading systems to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of trade execution.Key Responsibilities Trade Execution : Execute orders to buy and sell digital assets on spot markets, derivatives markets, and cryptocurrency exchanges.Data Analysis : Real-time analysis of cryptocurrency market data, including price fluctuations, market depth, trading volume, etc., to provide basis for trading decisions.Risk Monitoring and Management : Identify potential risks in transactions and develop appropriate risk control measures to ensure that portfolio risks are under control.Optimize Trading Strategy : Optimize existing trading strategies based on market changes and trading performance to improve profitability and efficiency.Reporting and Communication : Provide regular market analysis reports and summaries of trade execution to management to ensure that all parties are aware of the status of the trade.Compliance : Ensure that all trading activities meet regulatory requirements and adhere to the company's compliance policies.Skills Requirements Cryptocurrency Market Understanding : In-depth knowledge of digital asset and cryptocurrency markets and ability to analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and technical analysis.Mathematical and Statistical Analysis Skills : Ability to conduct complex numerical analysis and data modeling, especially in the areas of trading algorithms, risk assessment, and market forecasting.Programming Skills (Preferred) : Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or other analytical tools to handle large-scale data and optimize trading strategies.Fast Decision Making and Execution Ability : Ability to make fast and accurate trading decisions under pressure.Risk Management Ability : Familiarity with trading risk control and management strategies to ensure the safety of company assets.Communication Skills : Ability to articulate market analysis and trading strategies and maintain effective communication with team members and management.Experience Requirements At least 1-3 years of trading experience, especially in the cryptocurrency, equity, or derivatives markets.Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms (such as Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.) and related trading tools and technologies.Work experience in financial institutions, hedge funds, digital asset managers, or other investment-related fields is preferred.Seniority Level ExecutiveEmployment Type Full-timeJob Function Business Development and Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
