About the Role :
As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets. You will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in Automotive sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of consistently high CSI scores
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Experience with DealerTrack, VinSolutions, and InfoBahn is a PLUS
