Creates and implements year-round targeted marketing initiatives for the College, including summer kids camps, career ready programs, and community education. Executes marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities to promote the College.
The salary range for this position is $46,227.35 to $69,341.02 per year.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
40% Plans and designs targeted marketing campaign strategies. Implements strategies through use of digital media and print.
20% Creates consistent, meaningful content on social media platforms to increase engagement through writing and editing social media posts.
15% Develops outreach content pieces and strategies including publications, paid advertising, video development, television interviews, press releases, flyers and brochures.
10% Maintains monthly statistical metrics/analytics and prepares reports to provide evidence of outreach return on investment. Provides consistent tracking of product sales/enrollments.
10% Works with the Marketing and Communications team to support the needs of the department.
5% Performs other duties as needed or assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience: Two or more years of similar or related experience.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree
- Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
- Other Skills: Excellent interviewing, writing and editing skills are necessary. Must be proficient in Word
and Canva. Proficiency with social media and metric tools are desired. - Physical Requirements: The work is typically sedentary. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to do the work.
- Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a typical office.
