Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Capture, edit, and produce original photography and videography for daily social media posts.
- Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Attend events to shoot and produce live photo and video content that highlights our brand and engages our audience.
- Design visually captivating posts that spark curiosity and create buzz around new products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Community Engagement
- Interact with users, responding promptly to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and address queries.
- Monitor and report on online reviews and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaboration & Calendar Management
- Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar.
- Assist in the development of influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO to ensure effective content distribution.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule based on web traffic and engagement metrics.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and implement best practices.
- Suggest innovative ways to attract prospective customers, including promotions and competitions.
Training & Best Practices
- Train co-workers on cohesive and effective social media usage.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in social platforms and trends to maximize effectiveness.
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout and ensure aesthetic consistency.
- Encourage co-workers to participate in content creation in a professional and beneficial way
Qualifications:
- Experience in photography is required, including shooting and editing high-quality photos and videos.
- 2-3 years experience as a social media coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on social media performance.
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed
Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary
Location: Grayson Living - 275 S La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills CA 90211
Showroom Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Schedule: 5 days a week, Saturdays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
