What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leadership to manage P&L performance across key business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand gaps between actuals and forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support planning, valuation, and forecasting.
- Analyze program revenue streams and cost drivers to enhance profitability.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to senior leadership.
- Support ad-hoc projects, offering financial insights for strategic decision-making.
What They're Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights to senior management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA a plus.
