Focused on manufacturing and distributing products essential to daily life, this company is positioned for continued growth and your personal development. They are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to collaborate with the CFO and private equity firm in developing financial models, supporting FP&A, Treasury, and M&A activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support the business unit & global financial goals like M&A
- Ensure project investments align with business goals by aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct accurate financial forecasting and planning for enterprise initiatives, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Seek out and implement process improvements and automation to enhance consistency and reduce complexity across the financial and non-financial environment.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to create lightweight assessments and IT business cases for enterprise initiatives.
- Utilize advanced analytics software like SQL, Power Bi, VBA, etc to assist in the storytelling of financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field
- 3-10 years' of relevant FP&A or PE experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
- Advanced analytic skills in SQL, Power Bi, VBA, Python, Etc.
- Strong quantitative financial skills
Salary : $87,500 - $132,500
