Statement
Grayson Tool Co. is a CNC job shop, CNC fabrication and welding manufacture working for all industries with a full line of late model equipment located in Minden Nebraska. We have a immediate opening for a Draftsman. This is a full-time day job with hours running from 6:30 – 4:00, expect to work 40 - 45 hours weekly. We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, health insurance, dental insurance and a 401K plan.
Pay - $24.00/hour and up, DOE
Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and detailed drawings using the latest version of SOLIDWORKS per rough sketches and designs, written instructions, physical measurements, etc.
- Use precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Create DXF files for CNC machine tools.
- Performs document control duties per established procedures.
- Communicate with customers pertaining to their designs and latest drawing revisions.
Qualifications
Required: High school education with course work in mechanical drawing, mathematics, and shop practices. Preferred: Associates degree in mechanical CAD drawing. Knowledge in mechanical drawing, mathematics, shop practices, layout, and design.
