Role Overview
As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You’ll be creating and executing account plans with coaching support to help you hit your sales goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong customer relationships, identifying needs, providing customized solutions and closing new business. If you have a background in commercial and industrial projects, electrical work, and generators (a plus!), we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Research, identify, and contact potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. Develop tailored account plans and conduct regular face-to-face meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, business models, and buying processes. Use this information to provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Execution & Negotiation: Communicate the value of our solutions to secure agreements and conduct negotiations, including payment terms, within company guidelines.
- Customer Satisfaction & Support: Be responsive to customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on sales activities, maintain accurate forecasts, and track progress against goals.
- Follow Up: Continued timely follow up with all prospects

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably face to face business (Door to Door) to consumer selling.
- Electrical or mechanical experience a plus!
- Experience with generators is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a professional appearance.
- A clean driver’s license and a willingness to work some overtime and one Saturday per month.
- References required.
