The group is focused on the data-center and advanced manufacturing space by specializing in E-houses, CDUs, CUBs, White Space, Modular Data Centers, and other modular products for these markets. We offer end-to-end services to develop, design, procure, manufacture, and commission these modular products to meet client requirements.
Position Value Proposition :
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to support the design and development of modular data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modeling, drafting, and detailing of modular structures, including enclosures, racking systems, and supporting frameworks. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical and structural design principles, along with the ability to collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop efficient data center solutions.
Core Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design and development of modular data center solutions using SolidWorks and related CAD tools.
- Create 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs for enclosures, racking systems, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, including ASHRAE, ANSI, and ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers to support the integration of power distribution, cooling, and cable management solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and feasibility assessments, identifying and addressing design challenges.
- Support structural and thermal analysis efforts to enhance performance and durability.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles are applied.
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation efforts.
- Maintain documentation and revision control for all design work.
