They will manage the entire construction process on site including coordinating with all stakeholders i.e. clients, subcontractors, Graywolf supervision, etc. They will manage the execution of their projects, work to complete jobs safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Coordinate with sales, estimating, and the customer to gather all necessary details and develop the job execution plan. Build project schedule, including manpower for Graywolf self-performed tasks. Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries to suit the job schedule.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and coordinate the site project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our quality manual, industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Budget & Financial Management: Monitor project budgets by managing purchases, subcontracts, and labor. Manage CMR (cost report) and the Budget Master reports for each job.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with the client to provide plans and intent, project updates, address concerns, and contract changes.
- Problem Solving: Implement knowledge from past experiences, foresight, communication skills, and perseverance to work through and resolve problems
- Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safe work. Plan your jobs to be done safely. Coordinate between Graywolf safety department, your crews, and customer safety representatives to achieve safety objectives. All project safety goals are Zero Incidents.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business is highly preferred but not required. Experience may substitute for education preference.
- Previous experience in industrial construction supervisor role.
- Project execution experience including:
- Foundations, Millwright/Equipment Setting, Structural steel erection, Pipe fabrication and erection, Electrical & Instrumentation and Tanks & vessels
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, means, materials and regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Microsoft Office

- Valid driver's license and willingness to go to project sites as needed.
- Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas.
- Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
- Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
