Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients for pizzas and other menu items.
- Prepare pizza, sauces, and toppings, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Design and assemble visually appealing charcuterie boards with a focus on balance, creativity, and aesthetics.
- Ensure charcuterie items are properly portioned, fresh, and adhere to quality control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
- Perform other kitchen duties as needed, such as dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, with pizza-making expertise preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work diligently under time constraints with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
