Grazers in St. Albans is looking for a host to join our team! As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements. With experience in the food service industry, you will utilize your knowledge of restaurant operations to enhance guest relations. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
