At Graziano's Bird Road Restaurant, we are currently seeking an experienced Bartender. The successful candidate will uphold our high standards of exceptional service, top-quality beverages, and detailed knowledge of our drink offerings to enrich our guests' experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain inventory and bar supply levels.
- Offer superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.
- Assist in creating innovative and interesting beverage options to complement menu.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
- Proven work experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant setting.
- Thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong understanding of mixology, wine, spirits, and beer.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Bartending certifications.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of traditional Argentine beverages or wines.
- A passion for excellent customer service and a love for food and drink.
