Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Office Manager at GRE. The person will be primarily responsible for the administration and maintanance of company payroll, benefits, insurance, expense reports and other Office Management responsibilities. Additionally it will involve some marketing updates (website updates, linked in posts etc.) and other administrative duties. This role involves working in the Simsbury CT office 20 hours a week. Flexible work hours / day / scheule is available.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills
- Accounting or Finance degree is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn is a must.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of ADP is a plus
- Knowledge of T-Rowe Price 401k is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
