Job Descriptions:

Customer Service Advisor: The Customer Service Advisor’s main focus is to provide an amazing customer experience to each of our guests. The CSA is a lead operator of the customer service cycle ensuring that the customers’ expectations are exceeded from the Greet to the Departure.

Greet: Responsible for offering a timely and informative greet that sets up the standard of service and helps the customer select Oil Type, Tire Rotation and Wiper Blades.

Service Review: This is the most important part of a CSA’s job. You build trust and report with the customer by use of education-based sales practices. Our CSA’s are not pushy or rude. We are here to serve the customer and educate them of their needs. We help the customer make purchasing decisions for preventative maintenance and repairs. The CSA references Manufacturers Recommendations and Report on Conditions.

Bill Out: Assist customer in selecting Oil Change Schedule. Thorough explanation of services offered, checkpoints completed, notes and unusual conditions along with final cost. Explanation of Top off policy.

Final Vehicle Inspection: Walks customer out or alerts bay team to complete a thorough check of oil level and cap check. Places window sticker and uses no handles policy (this means we open every door for our customers!) Asks customer to start the vehicle and check for warning lights. Requests additional business.

Grease Monkey Greeter/ Cashiers: We are seeking high-energy go-getting Greeters. When a customer pulls up to our bay we need our greeters to give a warm welcome to all our customers. You will be creating a lasting impression on Grease Monkey Customers which is key to our success. If you are driven, outgoing, have exceptional customer service skills or just love meeting new people this job is for you.

Lube Tech: Do you change your own oil? Have you ever wanted to learn how or become an expert? We can help! No previous experience necessary. We put all of our lube technicians through extensive training to ensure quality service or all of our customer’s vehicles needs. You will work a variety of vehicles and no vehicle is ever the same!

Express Detailer: This position does not go unappreciated. Our courtesy tech position is a fantastic introduction to car detailing and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for vacuuming the vehicle, checking the vehicle’s tires, and adding air if necessary, and washing the car windows. It is a lot easier than you would expect! You will be working with team to make sure the vehicles exits the bay in a better condition than when it arrived.

Our hours are Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are closed Sundays!

All of our team will be Pit Crew Certified! This means you will be able to perform various Grease Monkey jobs and duties and receive certification and training on various vehicle maintenance. We are always developing our skills and learning new techniques and ideas. You Will Exceed Customers Expectations, and you will have a successful enjoyable career at Grease Monkey Idaho!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
