Duties
- Perform routine oil changes and general maintenance on vehicles.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and service recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members in a dealership setting to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various tools.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
