About Us
Since being founded in 2014 Tyson Daniels, along with his wife Angela own 5 Grease Monkey Stores in Eastern Idaho. Also, Tyson is owner with a prior employee of 2 stores in Colorado as well as with a previous customer he has opened 4 stores (2 in Utah and 2 in Nevada). Our goal is to have 20 total stores within the next 3 years across all divisions. We are excited about our growth plans.
We are a thriving automotive shop renowned for our commitment to exceptional customer service and quality repairs. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead us to even greater success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the shop's operations, including sales, service, and administration
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and other staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Manage inventory and budgets
- Track and analyze key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a management role within an automotive shop
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue and profitability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in automotive repair principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills using email, Google drive, Excel, etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
