As a Sales Support Admin, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support to our sales team while contributing to digital marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do:
Sales Support & Admin Assistance:
- Serve as the go-to individual for answering customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, ensuring smooth transactions and communication.
- Assist the sales team by handling emails and communication to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via chat and email in a timely and efficient manner.
- Own the monthly commission calculations for 11 sales representatives.
- Provide administrative support to keep the sales team organized and efficient.
Marketing Contributions:
- Participate in face-to-face marketing to build customer relationships.
- Support the creation and maintenance of websites, newsletters, and email campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Collaborate on creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Contribute fresh ideas to the team, ensuring we stay innovative and ahead of the curve.
