Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions.
- Icing, decorating and fulfilling customer special orders for cookie cakes.
- Selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions.
- Following Great American Cookies' guidelines for Cake Decorators
- Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
- Training other associates as needed.
- Assisting in other duties as assigned.
A knowledge of cake decorating is preferred. Pay depends on experience. Full and part time positions available.
