At Great American Cookies the Team Member is the face of the company. Their job is to facilitate a fun and exciting environment for every customer. The associate does a wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ringing up customers. The Sales Associate works in a fast paced environment and must be able to quickly prioritize and switch tasks to meet company needs.
Duties
- Serve customers and create an exciting experience
- Operate a register and ensure accountability of money
- Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating
- Operate an oven and bake ingredients within standard constraints
- Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates
- Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- 16 Years of Age
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Retail and food service experience is a plus
- Cake decorating experience is a plus
