Job Description: Are you a go-getter and self-starter who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth? Do you take immense joy in connecting with others and helping them succeed? If so, we want you to be on our team as an account manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You will also be responsible for marketing our services to chasers and enhancing our reach and impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Nurture: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration industry, always pushing for excellence.
- Client Champion: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure our services' timely and successful delivery according to client needs and objectives.
- Analyze & Report: Track and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management, always seeking ways to improve.
- Network: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Renewal Claim Solutions and expand your professional network.
- Market to Chasers: Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically targeting chasers to expand our client base and increase brand awareness.
- Chasing: Develop strategy and execute on how to chase and close jobs onsite.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the restoration industry.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
- Organized: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Passionate: A true passion for developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Marketing Skills: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly targeting niche markets such as chasers.
