The position will work from our Bellevue, WA office Monday through Friday and is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule after our initial training period.

- Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems.
- Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information.
- Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail.
- Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database.
- Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good typing skills: 40 words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills.
- Must speak, read, and write English and French fluently.
- Generally, 4 to 6 years of related experience. As appropriate for line of business, insurance licensure and/or certifications may be required.
