The Specialty Equipment Services division is looking for a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The position will work from our Bellevue, WA office Monday through Friday and is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule after our initial training period.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems.
  • Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information.
  • Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail.
  • Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database.
  • Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good typing skills: 40 words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills.
  • Must speak, read, and write English and French fluently.
  • Generally, 4 to 6 years of related experience. As appropriate for line of business, insurance licensure and/or certifications may be required.
