We're seeking a growth-centric, excellence-driven Social Media & Brand Campaign Director to join the team. Ideal candidates will be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Texas Headquarters in Arlington, New York City office, or Scottsdale, AZ office (typically onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs and remote Mon/Fri).
The Social Media & Brand Campaign Director will lead daily and premiere-based social media campaigns that drive audience engagement and brand loyalty across multiple platforms. This includes designing platform-specific strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of each social media channel. The Director will collaborate with the team in leveraging social media trends, engaging content, and data to maximize reach, engagement and relevance. In collaboration with the VP of Social Media & Digital Content and the Chief Brand Officer/Chief of Staff, the Director will manage and execute brand campaigns, working closely with cross functional departments to maintain consistency visually and in messaging across all platforms. The Director will also ensure that platforms are audited to reflect any new or updated brand messaging to ensure consistency across branded platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media:
- Social Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of daily social media campaigns, and promotion of premiere content across streaming and linear, to meet brand objectives and drive engagement.
- Platform Strategy: Design and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) based on audience insights and platform nuances.
- Trend Integration: Leverage social media trends, viral content, and emerging tools to maximize reach, engagement, and relevance.
- Social Analytics: Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Manage workflow, productivity, and priorities of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Influencer/Partner Relations: Collaborate with influencer agencies and partners to develop campaigns and manage ongoing communication, ensuring brand alignment in all external partnerships.
- Community Development: Work with direct reports to cultivate community engagement to build brand loyalty.
Brand:
- Brand Campaigns & Messaging: Work closely with the VP of Social Digital as well as the Chief Brand Officer on the creation and execution of brand campaigns as well as ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with team members to create consistency in message delivery
- Brand Voice & Community: Ensure that all content aligns with approved brand messaging, values, and vision, fostering a strong and consistent online identity.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of experience on a social media team.
- 3 years of experience in overall marketing, public relations, or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years in a leadership position.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Efficient and organized with excruciating attention to detail.
- Process-oriented and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Working Conditions
This position is in an office environment and may require some travel. The hybrid schedule typically consists of being onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Friday.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
