Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have successful sales experience coupled with a knowledge of windows and doors or home improvement or construction or related industry. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, engineers, interior designers, property managers, etc., with the purpose of driving revenue of our luxury residential and commercial product line.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Cultivate and manage accounts through effective account management practices
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base
- Execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Engage in cold calling activities to secure new business opportunities
