Job Description
Great Basin College is seeking a Part-time Nursing Classroom Facilitator for the Winnemucca Center.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage Interactive Audio-Visual (IAV) equipment to ensure seamless functionality during classes.
- Assist instructors with classroom technology and provide technical support as needed.
- Support students by addressing technical issues and facilitating a productive learning environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to ensure consistent classroom support.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience with audio-visual equipment or classroom technology is a plus but not required.
Classes are scheduled Monday-Thursday in the mornings and afternoons.
Position runs from August to December for the fall semester, and January to May for the spring semester.
Salary:
$13.00 per hour.
This is a non-benefits eligible position.
Hours:
Up to 19 hours per week with a maximum of 79.5 hours per month.
