Great Basin College is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapy Lab Instructor/Clinical Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, clinical practice, and program development. This part-time position is responsible for instructing lab experiences, evaluating student performance, and serving as a liaison between clinical sites and the college. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Director, Director of Clinical Education, and Course Instructors to provide consistency of experiences for students throughout the program service area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in lab and clinical settings.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of respiratory curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance and achievement of outcomes.
- Support the program director and clinical education director to ensure consistent educational opportunities.
- Travel to assigned clinical locations and work flexible hours when necessary.
- Active credentialling through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Current State Licensure through the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners.
- Minimum two years clinical experience in the professional discipline.
- Minimum two years experience supervising, instructing, and evaluating respiratory therapy students.
- Ability to understand core curriculum of the AAS respiratory therapy program.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
