• Must be enrolled in 6 credits and maintain a 2.0 GPA
• Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services
• Computer experience with Microsoft Word and ExcelDuties :
• Assist the Administrative Assistant with general clerical duties
• Answer phones, greet guests, filing and other general office activities
• Run errands on campus
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Assist with printing projects
• Distribute incoming mail
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
