Responsibilities:
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee the team, which consists of forklift, as well as both internal and external CDL drivers, and coordinate deliveries. Offer training and support to promote their success
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely shipment of goods
- Implement and enforce safety protocols amidst our daily operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership experience and the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems. PowerFab experience is highly desired
- A positive attitude and a love for teamwork!
