Lead and Inspire : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of HVAC sales professionals, driving results and fostering a positive work environment.Exceed Expectations : Set and achieve sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with our management and service technician teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.Continuous Improvement : Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, helping your team grow and evolve in a competitive market.What We’re Looking For :
Sales Expertise : Proven sales track record with at least 5 years of HVAC or related sales experience.Leadership Skills : 3 years of management experience with the ability to recruit, develop, and lead a successful team of sales professionals.Customer-Centric : Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with both customers and team members.Professionalism : A clean, professional appearance, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.Integrity and Work Ethic : You lead by example and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.Our Hiring Process :
