Basin Staffing LLC is seeking a senior-level Commercial Project Executive to lead business development, sales execution, and team mentorship in the plumbing and mechanical construction space. This position plays a critical role in driving regional growth by cultivating new client relationships, securing project opportunities, and developing project teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a consultative approach, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities into successful project outcomes.Key Re
