Title : Direct Support Professional
Reports to : Independent Living Program Coordinator
Salary : $18.00 an hour
Hours : 30 hours
Primary Work Location : Sanford, ME and surrounding area

Summary :
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide support to facilitate the independent living needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each DSP works one on one with program members each day in the member’s home. DSPs help maintain and strengthen independence for individuals who are living at home with their families or roommates as well as members who live in their own homes / apartments with goals set by the individuals themselves annually.
