Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CNO to develop and implement evidence-based nursing policies and procedures that meet regulatory standards
- Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality metrics and patient care outcomes
- Direct nursing operations across multiple units, ensuring optimal staffing, resource utilization, and care delivery
- Drive financial performance through strategic cost management and resource optimization
- Foster collaborative relationships with physician partners and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee nursing education programs and staff development initiatives
- Lead facility planning and renovation projects for patient care areas
- Spearhead strategic projects and initiatives as delegated by senior leadership
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (or current enrollment with completion plan)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Recent 3 years of direct leadership experience in acute care hospital setting
