Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric ASD Specialist

We're seeking an experienced BCBA to lead our clinical team in Dearborn, Michigan, delivering exceptional behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress through data-driven decision making
- Maintain compliance with insurance requirements and clinical documentation standards
- Deliver parent training and support services
Required Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-certification clinical experience with autism spectrum disorders
- Expertise in ABA methodologies and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
