Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN - Interventional Cardiology Nurse
Join our state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory as a specialized Cath Lab RN, where you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team performing advanced cardiac and vascular procedures. Core Responsibilities:
- Execute complex cardiac procedures including catheterizations, coronary interventions, and structural heart procedures (LAAC, TAVR)
- Perform specialized interventional procedures including EP device implementation, ablation therapies, and neuro-interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide critical care during procedures
- Maintain sterile field and assist in emergency situations
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams using SBAR communication
- Document procedures and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Participate in staff education and orientation programs
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2-3 years Cath Lab experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical care or ER experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
